Wish to shift ( all parts / part) of the mentioned farm to the organic production and shall implement all the instructions that the Organic Agriculture Unit has approved and refrain from using any of the prohibited materials in the organic system . I'll also allow the committee to visit the field for inspection and approval to get ascertained that all the field practices and materials including fertilizers ,pesticides and records are carried out properly and according to standards as well as the committees to take samples from the soil ,water, plants and product to test the fitness of the organic product for marketing.
I declare that I shall adhere to all standards of organic production as well as to the instructions of the Attestation and Inspection Committee; And I am well aware that infringing any of the organic production conditions will induce non-attestation of the productions of the farm. |
