Registration requires the following information and documents . Please keep all the receipts and documents of purchases and materials dispensing to produce them on registration . The following records might be particularly required :
- Pesticides spraying record for the past (12) months.
- Receipts of purchasing or obtaining agricultural inputs ( fertilizers , pesticides ) for all the agricultural practices.
- Any documents pertaining to plant quarantine and the competent parties in the Ministry.
- Tests of soil , water and pesticides residues .
- Documents of inspection.
Notice : The inspector is entitled to carry out a site inspection to be certain of the materials movement and their conformity with the records . |
